I have great things to say about the people but I will never, ever, recommend or come here again. Brought my daughter with a cut ear. 15 minutes to clean it and throw on some dermabond. I paid $100 copay. Insurance paid $1,504 to facility and $708 to physician services. I STILL have $490 balance to facility and $285 to physician. You glued my daughter's ear people.... So disappointed in this.

The whole process went smoothly. Nursing staff in outpatient surgery were great, surgeon, and recovery team too.. The one think that upset us was when a woman called from the hospital at 11:10 and questioned my son if he was coming for his surgery. My son said he was told to be there at 11:30 for 1:30 surgery. This person was insisting he needed to get there as soon as possible. He said he will be there on time. Now this woman has caused him to feel more anxious then he already was. The staff here is amazing! I could not have asked for better care from the moment I checked in for my hysterectomy to the moment I was wheeled out to our car. My nurse Myia was the absolute best! Also, I was pleasantly surprised by the food. My breakfast omelet was so delicious.

First trip was not so good. But changed to the day shift and everything went well. Can't complain about the recent treatment!

This place is so nice and I've only had pleasant experiences so far. Hope the maternity ward is just as pleasant when I deliver.

I recently went in for a hysterectomy with Dr Collins. She is an awesome ob/gyn by the way. She is knowledgeable, personal, down to earth, and funny. She took great care with me, explained all my options and did an awesome job on my surgery. The staff at Cedar park Regional was awesome. My nurses were Minh, and two others (sorry I forgot their names). They were all very caring, sweet, and accomadating. They didn't bug me too much so I could rest but were there when I needed them.
