The staff at Cedar Park Regional has always taken great care of me and my husband. Any time we've needed services at the hospital they have always been friendly and efficient. The hospital is clean and quiet and well maintained. We regularly see our family physicians that are hospital associates and have always receive excellent care. Love having a top notch facility so close to home.
Last Saturday we welcomed our first baby into the world at Cedar Park Regional Medical Center. The nurses were fabulous, the on call OBGYN was incredible, and the entire experience exceeded any expectations or previous hospital stay we have ever had! Thank you all for such a great facility to welcome our little baby into the world! Can't wait for the next one!!
My my bathroom wasn't clean, there was piss on her for next to her bed. Took me 30 mins to even get ahold of anyone the first time I tried to call her, shift changed, I called Management, and still didn't get an answer., Pissed me off. That very next day I went there to make sure she was okay., I didn't tell her I was coming, so once I did make into her ICU room, she was surprised and it really cheered her up to see me. This hospital is an absolute joke... I have unfortunately been here twice and both instances I was not taken care of.
Their billing system is the WORST. They will not hesitate to send you directly to their attorneys as soon as they figure out you can't afford your $4,000 UNEXPECTED medical bill. Heartless. And then they will sue you.
It's sad that I can no longer go to the hospital just down the road from my home after sending me home with no testing I had to have emergency surgery at a different hospital just 1 day latter they said I was lucky to be alive. I was treated horrible in the ER made to feel like I was seeking pain meds.. Well I did have a twisted intestine so yes I would say I was in pain!! But you would not know that because you never ran any tests and if I would have waited to see a Dr in their office like you suggested I would not be here ... read more
