Our daughter was delivered here and we also had an additional night in the NICU. Every single person we met was helpful, caring and compassionate. We were treated like family by everyone we met. This is by far the best hospital experience I've ever had. I would recommend this hospital to anyone with a baby on the way.
Treated my husband like garbage. No questions answered, and talked to us like we were children, and in doctors lingo, as if we were supposed to understand. Dr. Lindsey Lawrence does not have a good bedside manner, at all. I'll be looking to other sites to write reviews there, also.
been here a couple times this year. nurses are super nice and usually a good experience
We owe a HUGE thank you to all the wonderful staff who helped with our baby girl, Whitley Lane's delivery on Nov. 20. Everyone was so helpful, personable and kind. Mommy and baby are very happy and healthy! Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for taking care of us!
I went into the emergency room with sudden onset severe pain in my abdomen and shoulders. They gave me an ultrasound after 2 hours of waiting and sent me home with tylenol saying it was just gas (which was not true). They would not give me a CT scan even though I requested one AND I have good insurance. I went to St. Davids the next evening with an enormously swollen abdomen and found out I had RUPTURED MY SPLEEN and had INTERNAL BLEEDING and an OVARIAN CYST. Cedar Park Regional sent my billing statements containing confidential, protected medical information to an attorney at my employer without his request or my permission. For more than a month now I have tried to get answers, or at least confirmation that they are no longer sending highly personal information to someone who shouldn't have it without my permission. Its all about the money to them! Im literally being sued for 2k copay. All this within 9 months. Bill went to collections 2 months after released.
Worst hospital that I have ever been to. I have had issues in the past with the hospital misdiagnosed me and a relative of mine went to the hospital and was misdiagnosed three different times they went to a different hospital in Round Rock and the hospital take care of the issues
