This apartment complex is nasty. We moved here in December and nothing but problems. Roach infested doesn't even cover it. Rent price for a two bedroom 2 bath with one shower is 1395. Definitely not worth it. Never move here!!!
Unfortunately, the area is completely abandoned... the stairs are one more rain shower away from collapsing... my son fell because the base broke, as you can see in the photos. In addition, some people with pets don't usually pick up their pets' poop. The neighbors have been the nicest people we have ever met and very kind and warm people. It would be a good neighborhood if they fixed everything for the safety of its occupants and especially for the children who play.
I would rate no stars but that’s not an option. This place is unkept and a complete eyesore. The community totally neglects the bottom housing units you are met with hanging wires and open wire boxes, fall leaves, broken tree branches, filth, its abandoned like out of site out of mind. When walking outside on the main sidewalk to get to your car you’re constantly met with dog poop.
