I would rate no stars but that’s not an option. This place is unkept and a complete eyesore. The community totally neglects the bottom housing units you are met with hanging wires and open wire boxes, fall leaves, broken tree branches, filth, its abandoned like out of site out of mind. When walking outside on the main sidewalk to get to your car you’re constantly met with dog poop. Lisa Pittman has always been helpful and shares information that is impotant to answer questions that I have had . One concern was new HOA payment vouchers that had increased and not received . The other concern was a tree that I requested to be looked at to see if it needed to be cut down . In both instances I was contacted in a timely manner .

The exterior and overall property looks like a dump. Owners upgrade their interiors but due to the outside, makes it difficult to rent/sell. HOA is run by robber barons that will sticker your car if your tags are barely out of date but a board member has a tag that expired 2018. Rules for thee but not for me. Needs people that actually care to improve this neglected area, and then maybe it'll be a nice place to live.
