the Doctor is great, but the prices are too high! I've spent over $500 on my bird's foot and when returning for a RECHECK I was expected to pay another $30. I'm a single mother and I am trying to be a responsible pet owner, but the prices make it impossible to be that. i totally understand the doctor has to make a living too but that is just not right on my opinion. this is why soooo many animals go without proper vet care. people just cant afford it.
All staff are extremely knowledgeable, approachable, and truly caring. We recently had to put a pet to sleep, and all staff were very sincere and empathetic. Would definitely recommended this clinic, and will be returning with our dog and any future animals!
Wonderful experience with the wonderful staff. Everything was explained I actually got an education on my pet today. They were very helpful took their time with us. All around it was a very positive experience. They have everything on site. This is my go to place for my animals
Best experience I’ve ever had at a veterinarian office. The staff was so friendly and understanding. My dog is a senior and they were so gentle with her and made her very comfortable with her visit.
we have a ferret could not find any body that worked with ferrets. only here or in mason we pick here the staff is GREAT they help us out with everything with it came to midnight the ferret. we will be keeping cedar creek always now thank you for everything
