RecommendedI am caring for a special needs parrot, and Cedar Creek saw him right away when I found him at the bottom of his cage. The emergency fee is $26 more than AEC in Novi, but is worth it because you can be seen at an appointment time, and don't have to wait for hours. Dr Beasley took care of the bird and didn't do any procedures that weren't necessary. And he seems to remember me each time I come in. I Highly recommend Cedar Creek. They are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I trust them with my family. Thankful for a recent visit. We have taken all our cats there and were taking our dog to the vet where he boards just because it was easier and he was healthy. Now he is older and was diagnosed by the other vet with liver failure and we were given 6 months to a year. After one visit to CC we now have hope and options. Nothing drastic or expensive but some blood tests and thoughts. You guys are amazing!!!
I’ve had nothing but good experiences taking my dog here. Dr. Nolan and everyone have been great at explaining anything going on, taking the time to make my dog more comfortable and getting to know him some, and putting his health first. We especially love how they give my guy peanut butter while he’s getting a shot. I highly recommend bringing your pet here.
Today I brought in my green cheek conure for an emergency visit. They were so great with me and my boy Zazu. I will never go to another vet!! Even through COVID-19 protocol I was extremely impressed. The doc even called me personally. Thankfully Zazu was okay and only had a swollen ankle. Again thank you Cedar Creek bet team for everything!!
I have never independently owned animals and when I first got my rats I was always worried about them. I only wanted the best so I looked at suggestions and drove 30 mins away & I will say it was worth it! For one I was running behind and even though we are in pandemic times & they were busy they were so nice & cool about it. After calling 30 Vets in the greater Grand Rapids area I had to take Simone my little "Ferret" an hour and 20 min away for a Cystectomy 😔 They allowed me to bring him in right away. They attended to him immediately, updated me every several hours and my fur baby is doing amazing! I would recommend them to everyone! they really care about the health of animals and at a great price! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
we were able to get a next day appointment and we were treated great very informative and super helpful and nice.
