I arrived and checked in at 8am for a 8am appointment dryvan. There was one truck in front of me for a 0730 appointment, only one dock. I was told they dont start unloading until 0830. Just got into the dock at 1030 and they said it could take up to 2 plus hrs to unload because they have to count the product. The things a broker doesn't tell you.
They are the worst. Takes them hours to load a truck and they can't even do that correctly..they are the slow and unorganized. I hate coming to this place. Management needs to be demoted and re-trained..
Had what I needed. Very helpful staff. Courteous and Knowledgeable.
