Thank you for contacting me personally and us working this out. Again, I don’t expect a hand out but you guys proved we can take this in the right direction. I have updated my review because compassion was showed and that’s all my family has ever wanted . � please if my friends and family will follow suite and update theirs as this issue is now resolved.
We have stayed with cedar creek for the last 5 years, they always work with us when we need them to, cabins are great. Nice and clean and the kids loved the area. So much to do. We never do all we want in one stay. That’s why we keep coming back. I have had to cancel before an they weren’t able to refund me, I understood cause of the rental terms, but they did move my dates out to a date I was able to come. I’m thankful they worked with us, so we will keep using them. I normally don’t post reviews. So this is new for me.
Stayed in the most romantic cabin for a couple Oasis. Simply amazing. We didn’t want to leave. The customer service was great. It was just the best home away from home experience.

We rented the Great Escape Cabin the weekend before Valentines. It is the perfect romantic retreat! The finishings in the cabin were contemporary combined with the rustic charm of knotty pine walls and ceilings, beautiful wood beams and a lovely stone surround gas fireplace. We can’t wait stay again! Thank you for a Perfect stay!!
My wife and I have been staying w/Cedar Creek Cabins for 7+ yrs. Always a great time and great cabin. Staff is awesome and extremely helpful.
We had such an amazing and relaxing time. Cabin was beautiful, equipped with everything you need. And staff was wonderful especially Wendy! Will definitely revisit.
