So I Stayed in the Allure cabin for Octoberfest. And when I got there it was so dirty there was black mold everywhere especially the "Spa" shower. I called Wendy and she sent out a lady with no bleach just a wet rag she literally just wiped and left the mold behind. The phones do not work and there is no Wifi. We stayed in Hickory Hill Cabin. The layout was nice but that’s about it. We had 1 dish towel and had to share bath towels. Dead bugs in the closets and spiders everywhere. I understand this is a cabin in the woods, but they could try to do something. The home was dirty. This rental company changed our reservations 3 times, placing our family in this cabin last minute. We travel to Helen annually and love visiting the area. Our issues were minor but large enough that we will not be using their company in the future.
We stayed in their cabin, Destiny two weekends ago! What a great place! My husband surprised me with a quick weekend getaway! He could not have chosen a more wonderful place! The cabin was located in a quiet, wooded area. Everything was clean and wonderfully well maintained. We had everything we could have asked for. The gentleman he rented from text to check on everything, which I thought was very kind and courteous. We will definitely do this again!

Great Cabins!!! We rented the 2 bedroom Whispering Waters cabin. My boyfriend and I Loved it!!! The cabin was spacious and cozy! With huge jet tubs in both bathrooms! And a huge 2 person walk-in stone shower in the master bath! We are already planning to return! And we just got back Sunday!!!
Wendy provided us with incredible customer service. We went for our 20th wedding anniversary and had an amazing long weekend. There was a small issue with our original cabin but we were immediately upgraded to another cabin. We ended up staying at Destiny. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. It was very private and had everything we needed and wanted. Cedar Creek is very convenient to all of the vineyards, Dahlonega and Helen. We will definitely be back
We evacuated to Helen Ga during Hurricane Florence and stayed at Paradise. In my hurry to book the reservation we messed up and showed up a day early late at night. Wendy and her team came out to the cabin and cleaned it for us so we could go ahead and stay there. Wendy was fantastic with communicating with us during our stay and when we had to extend another night she helped us work it out.
