Friends and family, if you have reviewed the cedar creek cabin rental place and have been following our story, please go back and re-review it for me. The issue is resolved and while I have no idea if we have money coming back or not, the manager reached out to Trae Maddox personally and showed compassion. That’s all he ever wanted. So please I urge you to fix, delete, whatever with the 1 star reviews. Thanks!
My husband and I were recently married and me being from Georgia wanted our honeymoon in Georgia and were given your name from a close friend. After reading the recent reviews from money issues to phone issues then with the couple that was in an accident. Doesn't seem like you have very good customer service. We pride ourselves on being somewhere where the customer always comes first and repeat business is highly recommended.

You all need to rethink your refund policy. It shouldn't have gotten as far as it did. Next time you will rethink how you react to certain circumstances. Have a nice day.

Horrible customer service for a family who cancelled due to their son being severely injured and has had to undergo reconstruction for a head injury and was placed in PICU for several days and is still in the hospital recovering. They refused to refund their money. I will never visit this establishment and I hope others see this before they remove the review.
