J.T. and Tiffany did a wonderful job with two extra trips to Sleepy Hollow to make our stay pleasant! Thank you Wendy and Summer for your extra attentiveness to our needs! All the staff enjoyed serving us as renters. I appreciate the tremendous service.
We had an amazing time during our stay in the Great Escape cabin. Super private, quiet, immaculate cabin with everything we needed for our time together. We will definitely be back!
My family has spent a week in March there the past two years and we have had a great time! There is a lot to do and see. The scenery is amazing as well. There are many places to site see and hike if you like the outdoors. Family fun activities such as horseback riding, ATVs, and zip lining. The vineyards are a personal favorite of mine. The cabins are beautiful and very homey. They’re spacious and clean. Also, have always had great customer service.
We have traveled to Cedar Creek cabins the last two years for Spring Break. The cabins are extremely spacious and very accommodating for big groups. The customer service has always been excellent and extremely personable. We have stayed in the Holiday and the Summit. The Summit has amazing views and the Holiday has a cute water stream trail off the back of the house which is perfect for kids. We’ve had the very best experience! Thank you Wendy!! A few adjustments (our request) were handled immediately and with ease. Customer service is the best.......handled very professionally, but with a personal feel. We’re planning our next visit ASAP!
We stayed at the Holiday cabin during Christmas. The kitchen did not have much in the drawers, some of the drawers were dirty, the chairs in the kitchen area were loose, the tile around tub was missing, the pool table was lobsided, had trouble with the hot tub, we had no water for most of day. A few years ago we stayed with Cedar Creek. We stayed in a cabin called Bear Creek. Seeing the pictures is one thing but seeing these cabins in person is another. They are so beautiful. The customer service was excellent. They sent me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. We are going back this time and just rented with them. Woooww, we were able to arrive safely and enjoy the snow the weekend of December 8. We stayed in the Couples Retreat and had a time of our life. I would definitely recommend and we are definitely going back. We had no issues, the view was amazing, the peace is indescribable lollll oh and we had a family of 7 dears that visited each morning..
