I booked our Christmas family vacation 10 months in advance. However, two days before we were supposed to arrive I get a call cancelling our vacation because you had “double booked”. The lady (Wendy) on the phone assured us that we’d receive a full refund. She even promised us a free night for next time. After months of emails, texts, and phone calls we just keep getting the run around. We don’t want anything for free. I just want the money we paid returned to us as promised. It’s the right thing for you to do!
RecommendedTranquility to does not disappoint. Our family has been coming to The Helen area for years this by far is the best cabin that we have stayed in great customer service and tranquil setting we will definitely be back!!!

HONEYMOON FROM HELL I was on alert when I realized we were approaching our wedding and honeymoon and realized that this company had sent no check-in instructions. BED BUGS!!!! Horrible. We came in to the cabin with someone else’s dirty towels in our washer! And I have multiple bites on me from sleeping in the bed. The infestation of bed bugs is horrendous. We also order the dinner for 2 with wine and flowers which was completely a joke. WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! This agency has horrible customer service! Me and my wife had a rental booked with them until I got ill(4 days before vacation). We were forced to quarantine, so we could not go on vacation (We bought travel insurance). We emailed them first, and heard nothing back in over 24 hrs(2 days until vacation). we booked a cabin online and after the initial confirmation and charge to our credit card, the company became un reachable. we called daily to have the call forwarded to a voice-mail belonging to a different number and daily email contacts were un addressed. the night before our check in we were emailed a cancelation message. very disappointing. We gave every benefit of the doubt. Buyer beware
Loved staying at this spacious retreat in the Helen GA woods. A wonderful and relaxing space that was very romantic. It was clean and everything on our trip went smoothly. Would definitely return for another romantic getaway.
My husband and I stayed in one of CCC's cabins on June 7th-8th, 2020. Unfortunately our stay was not too pleasant. We stayed in the cabin named Great Escape and we had a plethora of inconveniences including being stung in bed by a scorpion! We ended up not being able to stay for one of our two nights due to the unacceptable conditions of their cabin, therefore, only leaving us with the option of paying an additional $180 for a hotel room.
