They have giving so many bed bugs it’s unreal and want so anything about it ,
We booked The Inspiration for August 23rd -26th and our first night we found bedbugs in all the beds and was moved to another house. I have videos and pictures of the bedbugs time stamped . I was promised a full refund for almost a month and now they have blocked me from communicating with them. They also told me the cabin was closed for treatment but that wasn’t the case, it was rented the following weekend and that family has substantial medical bills now because 6 of the 10 of them had allergic reactions from the bedbug b... read more
We rented a cabin from them this summer. The cabin was infested with bed bugs. The notified them that night about the bug problem and they moved us to another house. That house was very dirty. The floors were covered in dirt and every sheet and blanket in the house was dirty. We were promised a full refund a month ago and have not received it yet. The lady has now blocked us from texting her and will not refund our money. I would not rent anything from these people!!!
We visited one of their cabins in August and found that it was infested with bed bugs. We moved cabins and later found that they knew about the problem before our visit and allowed us to come anyway. They promised a refund and we have yet to receive it a whole month later. The cabin we were moved to was dirty as well. I do not recommend this company at all!

I read Cedar Creek has bed bugs, specifically in the Inspiration cabin, and Wendy, the property manager, has taken no steps to rid the cabin of the bugs, and she has not taken responsibility for renting the cabin, although there were previous complaints.
lots of bed bug reports over several months, reports if filthy cabins and the company does nothing. cedar creek should refund the affected families AND pay for the medical bill for the treatment they had to get after being eaten alive on the property! they should also be required to correct the issue and pass a FULL PROPER INSPECTION before they can rent out any properties again! what a disgrace to our area!
