In 2014 I had to be towed and I ended up with Ceder Bluff towing. They wrecked my brand new transmission in my Dodge pickup because they refuse to unhook the driveline even when I insisted that they unhook it. I screamed loud and clear and they replaced my transmission. They said that they replaced it with a rebuilt one. It lasted about two months and blew up. Why is Knox county Sheriff's using Cedar Bluff towing company ? When they have bad reviews one after? another. They over Changing so they hope you can't afford to get out your vehicle so they can keep it they charged me 299.00 to tow my Harley Davidson motorcycle 4 miles to there yard needlessly to say I could not get to call or get to the bike ,thanks to Knox county Sheriff's dept.for I was incarcerated for 11 days and now the bill at cedar bluff towing was after I called was 894.00 Something is wrong here with this picture... read more

Cedar Bluff Towing isn't an accepted business with the BBB. That should tell you enough about them. They are crooks and are on the take!

Do not use this Cedar Bluff Towing. They are very careless and will damage your vehicle then claim they didn't do it when I had a police officer as a witness. I spoke with the office manager and she put me through to another man who was very hateful and said they didn't do it and their was nothing they could do about it.

I would like to warn everyone of unethical business practice and taking advantage of the innocent by extreme overcharging towing fees of cedar bluff towing in Knoxville,Tn.My son had a fender bender that resulted in his radiator leaking and had to be towed.He was in a parking lot easy to get to and not on the road .The officer was kind enough to help him (being a teenager and very afraid and upset of an accident) called in for a wrecker for him.This was at 9:00am in the morning,the car was towed 6 miles,11 min drive and drop... read more

Something is wrong when Cedar Bluff Towing thinks they can just pull up to my car which is a Cadillac Seville, while it is parked at Food City on Merchants Rd Knoxville and not have to have anyone sign for the tow. They pulled up to my car and dropped the wench to put under my car and my son was sitting in it and put it in reverse so they couldn't get it. They towed my nephews car 1/14/14 approx. 10 miles to their office, towed it to body shop 1/15/14 approx. 5 miles, I called that morning for my total bill (my insurance co. recommended I called because they are known for "overcharging" customers drastically!) they said it was $495.00, I said that seems high but go ahead. My body shop called me (when they delivered car) and said my bill was $845.00!! I called Cedar Bluff Towing immediately, they showed NO concern and that the bill would remain $845.00. I chose one star because at least one is required. They deserve 0 stars. Absolutely a waste to work with. FORGET COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I was informed it would only take 45mins for a driver to show up with a rollback. 4hours later they showed up with a tow truck. I called multiple times asking where the driver was and i was given a lie each time, (they will be there in 30 mins). The lies were confirmed by the driver once they finally showed up.
