Dr. Boardman has been a God send to me! She's extremely professional, knowledgeable and has a very personal relationship with her patients. She makes the best decision for each patient that can be made. Her knowledge is top of the line. Her staff is also as professional, knowledgeable and pleasant as she is. I feel I could not be in better hands!
I choose Dr Boardman after she was recommended to me by my daughter in law, a nurse practitioner, 'she is working in a different area'. I trust my daughter in law. And after being treated by Dr Boardman I know, why she recommended her. Being a 'chicken', if it comes to examinations. Dr Boardman is the best. Yes I would recommend her to all my friends and family.
I was referred to Dr. Boardman by my OB/GYN. As a healthcare provider myself, I have high expectations and can be quick to challenge/find fault with others. This makes me one of the worst patient ever, but especially when I'm scared to death, Dr. Boardman very quickly realized the challenge before her. Not only was she gentle and kind, but she took her time explaining my options, the procedures and answering questions. Her compassion for patients is also reflected in the office staff.
Dr boardman is a top notch doctor who is caring and is always so warm and friendly.

Best GYN/Oncology Physician in VA. Always feel positive when leaving office. All needs are met & appointments & referrals are scheduled in a timely manner. Dr. Boardman was my Oncology physician during my treatments in 2012/2013. Moved to SC but returned this year to Dr. Boardman. Would recommend her to anyone needing her services.
Dr. Boardman is kind, compassionate but straight from the hip when it comes to discussing your health and options. She and her staff are just wonderful. I'm so grateful that my primary physician referred me to Dr. Boardman. Even in the hospital, I could tell that staff respected her from how they spoke about her. It was comforting to know that I was in such capable hands.

She listens well, offers clear explanations of procedures and test results, and follows through quickly with additional tests if needed to give her a better view of a concern. She is someone I trust to research the best treatment possible and to lessen anxiety with her outgoing style. Her staff is likewise competent in lab work and responsive in making or returning calls.
