From my experiences, fresh flowers in a delivery is not an excessive expectation for arrangements. - I telephoned the manager to discuss - he/ she did not bother to return my call - poor form - I did not need a replacement or credit to an account just an acknowledgement.

Terrible customer service! I have used cebolla for years for many events. They were always my go to florist but not anymore! They apparently have more business then they need so don’t feel they need to provide customer service.
Wow what a beautiful arrangement I received yesterday From my son Mark . It was called peaches and cream and the vase they were in was a beautiful rosey gold Colored glass . Your flowers and arrangements are the top of the line ! thankyou
