I was a tenant for 5 years. Management was very responsive to any requests and took great care in maintaining the property.
I had a great experience as a tenant in one of the units for almost three years. The landlord is professional and has an excellent attitude. Communication was always efficient and transparent, and the landlord responded quickly when there were requests. I recommend CCF Hospitality if you want to live in a beautiful neighborhood in DC.
Excellent landlord, responsive, friendly, amicable. Our property was refreshed and in a great location, quiet but not far from city center or the beltway for outside the city needs. Would recommend this landlord for your housing needs.
CCF has great property in convenient areas. Super laid back and friendly management. And our apartment is AMAZING with all the upgrades that were made prior to move in.
