We had a very good experience vehicle shopping at CBS Quality Cars... My wife purchase a my honda accord and I purchase a truck which both are great...we were treated with respect and I cannot say enough about how great this experience has been. Would recommend to anybody looking for a car...
I went to CBS looking for a car not thinking I would really get one. I sat down with Rocky and I was shocked I came home with a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2016. I was treated with the up most respect. He didn't let me leave without a car. I am very happy with the options I was given. All smiles.
I found myself needing to purchase a new vehicle quick since I was having issues with my very old Civic. Rocky was amazing to work with! He made me feel very comfortable and made the dreaded car buying process so easy. I told him what exactly I was looking for and he found it for me! I highly recommend Rocky to anyone looking to buy a new car and will definitely visit him again the next time I'm purchasing a new vehicle.

I was having issues with my brakes. I called the service team on Monday and they asked me when I'd like to come in. I asked for an appointment on Wednesday and they scheduled me first thing in the morning. I was there for about an hour and a half. Everyone was very friendly. They came and told me what they found that was causing the issue and told me what they did to fix the issue. I could feel a difference as soon as I put the car in drive. Honestly, it has been a nightmare dealing with them over the past 7 weeks. I have been sweet talked and promised things, yet I still have a vehicle with issues. Very, very disappointing!! The only reason I didn't give them a 1 is because one situation was fixed and I like my vehicle. UPDATE: nonreturned phone calls, emails and finally went to the car lot because the air-conditioning didn't work either. Two more Saturdays wasted getting that fixed.
