They sell you on what's wrong with your car but never fixes the problem! I told them from the start, I was told it was something minor like a bushing that knocks when I back over a curb. They told me I had 2 bad motor mounts and I had them changed 1 1/2 year ago. I have a warranty on those parts but they never gave me the bad mounts to get my refund on those parts. RecommendedI bought my van at CBS Quality Cars in Roxboro, NC. Rocky Watson was our sales man. He is a good guy you can trust. He was kind, curious, and knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in buying. He was patient and allowed me to test drive every car I asked about. He gave me a good deal on the van I picked out. I was very satisfied with the service I received. I recommend CBS Quality Cars in Roxboro. Remember to ask for Rocky Watson. You will get a good deal and he will treat you right.
Sales people are very dishonest. Several answers to my questions turned out to be lies. Namely car facts information and other things I should have checked myself but trusted their answers. I have email proof of their insulting attempt to cut off the top of a page in order to cover up a lie that was told. Never again. Buyers beware. do not buy a car from here. They'll tell you one thing. Tell you they going to contact you back. And they do not. Sold a car that was in transit when I called about it first. So don't waste your time going to the car lot or calling them about a vehicle.

Came in last night just looking for a car not really too serious because I’m young and didn’t thing I’d get approved. Sat down with Rocky Watson and he walked me through every step of the way and landed me in my first new car. Would highly recommend Rocky and CBS. Great buying experience!!

Went to look at a truck and was told it was accident free. Pulled the carfax up and it had two accidents. When looking over the truck it was obvious that they had attempted to hide rust on the suspension and frame by just spraying it with black spray paint. Overspray on parts that weren’t black and they used gloss paint so it was pretty obvious. Salesman said it wasn’t them. Went with another dealer that was much more honest. Also they continue to fill my inbox with emails even after I have asked them to stop.
Such liars, Stay far away from these clowns.
