I have been here for 4 and a half hours.. I would never get another car from these damn people.. they don’t know what they are talking.. they came to me at 11:45 and told me 45 minute. They didn’t pull my car in until 12.. at 12:45 I asked how much longer and they went to check... at 1 they came and said 45 minutes... these people can’t tell time.. I would never recommend anybody to car from them...
So i normally do not Write reviews but i was pretty pissed off with the manager up in hillsborough.I traded a 2015 ram 1500 up to a 2016 ram 2500 diesel (not a cheep truck)and had mentioned that the front tires had a bunch of chunks missing.So the deal goes on and i drive away only to start feeling the truck wobble going down the road at high speeds.I then decide to call the manager to take a look at the tires and when he does he tells me that the dealership replaced the back tires but not the front.His answer to the problem... read more
