When it takes over three weeks to get someone to tell you if they can even make an appointment for someone with a history of attempted suicide, you’re probably in the wrong business. I called back after over a week from the initial call and was told that the office manager left a note with Dr. Spalding to see if an appointment could be made, and she was still waiting for an answer. RecommendedThis is an excellent counseling center with very kind and compassionate therapists. I have always felt very comfortable going here. I like that I am still able to have my sessions by teleconference during this traumatic time of Covid-19/social distancing.
