Very good service. Honest with what needs to be done but not pushy if you don’t want the extra services.
Quick, attentive.
They were nice at the door, but the service needs some work. I paid for full service and got a regular oil change. They promised to put air in the tires, but the car says they did not. When they pulled the cabin air filter which they kept pressuring me to replace, they lost a piece of the car resulting in my glove box no longer working correctly. They did not tell me about this which led to an annoying discovery on my part. Update: They did not lose any pieces to the car as I found those pieces later in the vehicle. There ar... read more
Usually a positive experience when using their services. I was just in there and had my oil changed, they reported my oil level was several quarts over filled. They were the ones that overfilled it as it was last serviced by them. Thankfully it didn't cause any issues. I will be more mindful and check the level after service
