I would love living here if they fixed my washing machine and closet door that was broken when I arrived

With over 300 residents moving in this past Saturday, we are targeting the work orders based on the priority level. With it being so hot, AC's are our number one priority at the moment. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to use our Washing Machine in our model. You are permitted to use our appliance anytime you would like. :)
The shuttle bus usually does not run on time.

Thank you so much for your review! I am not sure if you are aware, but the shuttle just began running yesterday for the school year and has been on time for every run. Please be advised, if the shuttle is full, the shuttle drivers will leave their destination and head to the next. I hope this clears up any confusion! Have a great day! :)

Never a complaint. The staff is wonderful and knows how to get things done.
Cayce cove is great overall, however I think it should be a little less and have better wifi service. I think the pet deposit can be a little more affordable and should have a better expansion of acceptable pets like rabbits and birds.
