the place looked a bit old at first glance, the bathtub wasn’t cleaned and roaches were found as if cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly. The cable boxes are old and useless and remotes barely work. When request was filed for a mirror replacement, it took two weeks for someone to come. Although it had those bad aspects, move in day went smooth and the staff is helpful. We moved our daughter into Cayce Cove apartments. Wow, how deceiving! First when reviewing the place several months ago, they show you a model that looks amazing so you think ok this place looks really great! Broken part 2. Our washer was broken for 2 1/2 weeks. Nobody came to fix it. And when they finally came to fix it and replace it, (after we complained on facebook cause of how long it took).The 2nd washer broke with in the first uses. They didnt test the new instalation. It was supose to be a functioning washing machine, but it was not, instead it was an old one that also needs to be fixed? I am not even sure their corporate knew this was happning.

Just moved in. Dishwasher was not emptied or cleaned from previous residents. Found a used fork and spoon in the dishwasher. Leftover utensils found in the drawer. Gum underneath the kitchen table. Dead moths on the floor. Air conditioning cover has fallen down twice now. Couch and chair shredded. Floor was not cleaned. Can't walk barefoot or our feet will turn black.
