I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked through the door. Everyone was great in the office and I felt the Dr. really took his time explaining my treatment plan with me. I can finally look forward to going to the dentist at last.
The staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed the staff's thoroughness as well. The office is very well kept and in a great location as well. My only complaint...I came in for a 2nd opinion wanting to see if I my previous dentist was giving me the right information about what needed to be done on my teeth. After my full evaluation was complete, I ended up needing even more work done and having a "mandatory" crown needed when my previous dentist said it could be put off until cavities were fixed. As always, Dr. Caven is a wonderful dentist who obviously cares about his patients. I don't have insurance and needed some unexpected work done that I couldn't afford immediately. He worked things out so my teeth were taken care of and I didn't have to empty my bank account. Thank you so much Dr. Caven for your wonderful care and treatment.
I had a great experience! I felt no pain when I was given the novacaine shot which is always the worst part for me. I am also impressed that Dr. Caven called me the evening after I had been there to see how I was doing. Also, the staff is very friendly, courteous and professional!
