I've been a long time patient and I was really pleased with the new hygienist, Naomi. Very gentle and extremely nice. Thank you for a great experience.
Nice people and thorough exam and cleaning. Would be nice if they told you UP FRONT that the Cancer Screening and the Flouride Treatment were not covered by insurance BEFORE they did them and then you have no option but to pay at checkout because they've already done them, instead of assuming you know they weren't included in the first exam. Felt that was rather deceptive.

Going to Dr. Caven's office for my semiannual dental cleaning is always a pleasure. His staff is a pleasant, knowledgable and professional. As for Dr. Caven, I like the fact that he does not just walk into the room and checks on what was done by his assistant. Rather, he always greats the patient in a pleasant and professional manner before proceeding with the dental work on the patient.
Thorough exam makes you confident that you will be well taken care of.
I went to Dr. Craven with a broken crown and tooth pain. I found the office to be professionally managed and welcoming. The new patient process was quick, smooth, and effortless. I had a root canal and a new crown done within the same day. It was a great experience and I plan being a permanent patient for my future dental needs.
