My 7 yr old son loves rock collecting and reall enjoyed sluicing.
Loved it! Great experience, my husband and 3 year old son loved it as well! We'll be back!
Reservations were easy to make for our large group of Scouts and the Geology program was well organized and fun. Everyone in our group complimented our guide and Geologist, Anika, for teaching us about cool rocks! Thanks to everyone for this great Scouting experience.
The tour itself is simple (you're here to see the cave!!) but informative and our guide was very pleasant. The trek is short and family friendly (but wet) so expect children. The formations themselves are spectacular, and you are close enough to get excellent views.
Cave of the Mounds has a 4.7 star rating with 5,182 reviews.
Cave of the Mounds is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
