Cave was amazing!! Not impressed with tour guide however...young teenager pretty rude and rushed us..whenever a child asked question he pretty much dismissed them or said something snarky to them....other employees were very nice and were great. Overall beautiful place and fun.

Very impressive and TOTALLY worth the stop from Wisconsin to Arizona.
Cave was nice but tours were too close together. They started two tours at 1:15. You could not hear our tour guide for most of the tour. At one point the tour guide behind us told our guide to hurry up that she was too slow. $ not well spent..

We take comments like yours very seriously. Please know that this will be addressed with our guide team - both the spacing of the tours as well as guide voice levels in the Cave. Great experience! My children loved it! We were all pleasantly surprised. We didn't realize we had something this amazing soo close to home!
Great experience!!! A little overpriced... But I still recommend it!!!
