Im 55 years old. I was drinking beer in this place since I was 19. Under its original name of Dickens Inn. What I find amazing is, that after 35 years, the air conditioning still sucks. Also your beer selection needs a little work, the bar tender on Saturday night was a super nice guy, and that's the most important thing.
Thanks so much to upstairs bartender Jake for making my friends 40th bday so fun and special! Jake was super accommodating to our rowdy party of 9, service was prompt and friendly, food was yummy, beer and drinks delish, and the darts were flying. I see all these rave reviews about Paul and maybe he's great, but Jake (from State Farm,ha ha) is a 10 in our book! See you again Jake. We will be back!
Dirty. Was not impressed. Years ago this was a nice place to stop. Now, I'm afraid to drink from glasses and would never order food here, if they even offer it anymore. Why would you let a historic, great location go like this??
Their nachos are awesome! Wish we could have stayed longer, but parental duties called us home.
