Over all a good experience, wish I had been made aware the MKC didn’t have HD radio . If I had know I would’ve looked harder at the 16 Edge Titanium and not bought the MKC. But I suppose nothing can be done about that now .
My son bought his first car today and the salesman Logan was so great!! We originally went to another car dealership and salesman there was awful. I am glad we went to Bowditch!!!😀

they could offer me a loaner while they fix the things they messed up on my truck when they had it in for repairs the first time for almost a month... theybe had it again this time for a week still haven't even diagnosed what they messed up .... my truck was fully functional when I brought it to them just leaking diff fluid... they replaced the whole rear end, kept it for 3 weeks waiting on parts charged me almost 4 grand and gave me my truck back with 4x4 not working .... they tried to play like that they didn't do it it wa... read more

We had a bad experience with them also. Took the edge in with a loose piece of trim above the windshield. They took it on a “test drive” , which was unnecessary, and the piece blew off. Then they tried to say it wasn’t there when the car was brought in and tried to charge >$300 to replace it. Also had an engine light that was coming on intermittently (no weird engine noises and it ran fine) they told us we needed a new engine! We took it to another mechanic and it was an intermittently leaking water pump- huge difference!! W... read more
