I have purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership. My last experience was horrible and a constant fight; here is my story. I purchased my vehicle on October 19. I never worry about the service I get at Wickstrom. They check everything and give me the results. My contact guy, Chauncey Reddy, always gives me the best care and takes care of any problems or concerns that I may have.

Very incompetent. I had a scheduled Oil change with an oil change package I bought through Ford, and the service rep completely ignored it and tried to offer me over $1,000 in services I did not need. After about 15 minutes of him staring at his computer not talking he had to call for help just to be told it’s a plain oil change package with just an oil change and tire rotation. Took my car to get oil change, Rick Van Doge helping me. In and out so quick than i thought it would be. Staff so professional and good with what they doing. Highly recommended 👍🏼 😊

The entire experience we had at Wickstrom was very pleasant. The salesman Robinson Logue was very friendly and accommodating, without being pushy. He listened to what our needs were and I left with a wonderful Jeep that I’m very happy with! The entire staff there was friendly and the building was very clean. I noticed every time someone moved from one spot to another, a staff member came up behind and sanitized. The service center is okay, but takes a while to get your car fixed. The buying process took like 5 hours and i said several times “if this is going to be any longer than 30 min, tell me now so I can leave.” They would assure it would be less than 30 min and knowing full well they were lying. The salesman was nice but ultimately bordered on incompetent. The expedition has tons of features I do not like and that cannot be changed. So overall an unpleasant experience on a $70k car.
