I called and immediately spoke to Aubrey. He took care of everything with the best customer service I have ever had. This after a dealership in Newport News never called back, did not have people to speak to, this was over a weeks time. They only responded after I spoke to a concierge and posted on their facebook page. Cavalier deserves praise for wonderful customer service. Thank you
normally when you go to a dealership it tends to be a pain in the..... but from the second we came to cavileir, we were greeted by miss Cooley, which we immediately felt like we known her for years. she was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. worked with Mike to get a great deal on our flex, and then met with Mrs Austin to finish off the purchase. all aspects of the process were not only painless but actually enjoyable and fun. because of this team, they have earned a customer for years to come.
