This was my first experience with Ginger Creek Dental. My dentist, Dr. Rapp, is now part of Ginger Creek Dental. I had a tooth emergency on June 20th and had to call for the first time. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and I was able to get in quickly and have the tooth extracted.
My family have been patients at Caulks Hill Dental for at least 20 years. I just visited for the first time in 14 years (Didn't visit any other dentists. Life just got in the way and I was afraid they'd find all kinds of problems with my teeth). A part of my tooth fell out while eating on a Sunday (first time that's happened). I was able to get an appointment a few days later. My previous dentist had retired so the dentist they scheduled my exam with was incredible. It was my four year old daughter first trip to the dentist and the hygienist made her feel very safe and explained every step.
I've been with Caulks Hill for over 20 years and always received friendly professional service. The entire staff is nothing but the best.
