This office doesn't communicate well with the patient nor does it communicate well with DR and PA, hard to have confidence when the DR and PA makes mistakes discussing plan of action for patient. Front office mixed my chart with someone else's chart. I'll go elsewhere.
Awesome,kind,empathetic. Felt very safe with him. His office even took the time to send a gift bag upon my release from the hospital! I cannot reccommend him enough! Side note: don't show up on a day when they are shooting a commercial. Someone from the crew very rudely shooshed me when I was checking out and just trying to thank the staff for their kindness and to please thank Dr Cattorini again for me. I don't think they were part of the staff however so it shouldn't be an issue.
This really is not a fair review of the dr, but it is of his office. I called his office after being recommended to see him, I was scheduling the appt and they had an appt in a few days but I was worried about have the MRI results in time told the lady on the phone that so we made an appointment for 2.5 weeks later. I went to reschedule upon moving MRI and I was put on hold and told I wouldn't have results and then put on hold and hung up on for the next 30 min. No respect for patients.
I had a severely herniated disc at C6/C7. Dr. Cattorini was very patient and explained all of my options on how to treat the condition. Unlike other doctors, I was not pressured into immediate surgery. He also provided the option to get an artificial disc which I ultimately opted for after more conservative treatments failed to correct the condition. The artificial disk allowed for MUCH quicker recovery and maintained cervical range of motion over fusion. Excellent PA's too.
