Always order for the office, we have put-of-town guests a lot and it's universally a hit.
I have not been a fan of Texas BBQ, till now. Cattleack BBQ is the real deal. I highly recommend the Todfather brisket, pulled pork & hot link sausage topped wirh a vinager based slaw. Was worth the wait in line.
Brisket is da bomb. Jalapeno cheddar sausage rocked and even a non spicey eater loved the mac n cheese. The slaw is vinegar based vs mayo, which was unexpected, but still good and easy on calories.
First time there today and it did NOT disappoint! So darn good! Loved drinking a free beer while I waited in line and Misty was so sweet. I highly recommend the Chipotle corn and loaded beans but the superstar is the meat. I got brisket, pork ribs and a mix of sausage and I can't decide which is my favorite. Maybe because they lubed me up with a free Shiner first, I gotta say, this is my favorite bbq in Dallas possibly Texas!
Outstanding food and super nice peeps, better get some.
As good as your gonna find in N. Texas! The Toddfather = THE Best BBQ sandwich in Dallas hands down.
