OMG! OMG!! OMG!!! My first visit, but not my last. Easily the best barbecue I have ever tasted! We tried pork ribs (bought too many as there is a ton of meat on each rib....but now I have dinner), sausage (opted for the hot links, which were perfect! Not too hot at all) and of course the famous brisket (opted for the marbled cut). Even the sides were out of this world! There's enough brisket meat in the baked beans to make a sandwich! I have been all over the country, eaten BBQ from almost every state, this man knows how to BBQ. Best. Brisket. Ever. Hands down. So tender, killer bark, perfect smoke ring. The sausages are flavored beautifully, smoked perfectly, juicy, great snap. Mmm good. He did a pork belly today that was so tender and flavorfull, I hope that comes back! Ribs are Texas perfection. Peppery, smokey, tender. The beef ribs are ridiculously huge, and worth every cent. You want great BBQ? Go here.
