RecommendedWonderful customer service. We had the nicest technician come and check our home inside and out. Although they’ve reassured me a hundred times that Florida is known for its roaches they have NEVER made me feel like I’m a bother to them. I’ve emailed quite a few times when I have found a roach or bug and they are prompt in response and very professional. When we have found roaches and another beetle like creature they’re clearly on the verge of dying. I recommend them and wish I had the name of our tech because he was great!

Standby what your lawn supervisors say they will do. Have the lawn manager tell the Whole story as it was discussed and not just your side (in writing) on the report. YOU are the professional if we are in a draught do NOT put the product on my yard (like you said). I pay you to keep it green. In draught it should look semi green and brownish not dead brown even when watered AS recommended.You should TAKE responsibility where it is due and not pass the buck.

Always quick and thorough. Always answer any questions and were helpful in getting rid of a wasp that tried to build on my front porch.
