Know what they are doing. Great service
Been using them for about a year now, as new homeowners. Customer service is great. The pest control guys have been great. Was a little disappointed that they found out months later that the Catguard guys didn’t finish their job to completion, and for months we had some holes in the house where mice were entering. They were able to eventually fix this problem and were very apologetic.

Dan Laurendeau and his crew did an outstanding job. they explained every detail of what was being done and made sure every hole and crack was filled. Dan crawled under my deck in high heat and a wet muddy ground to attach the guard to my house. This crew was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. 5 stars

I can’t recommend Catseye more highly. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable and proficient. Most important was their sense of responsibility— James, Ron, Mike and Noah emphasized from the beginning that they stood behind their work for the duration, and would respond to any question or issue whether it arose in the next few weeks or even months.
This is the most professional pest service I have used. The fact they they exclude rodents rather than poison them has impressed me greatly. Their approach is very iddferent. They came, got rid of the poison left by another service, set traps (did not find any rodents in the traps), cleaned up the nests and deoderized. the attic. They sent a crew to put metal underneath the shingles where they meet the foundation and patched a hole where mice have gotten in before on my roof line. Catseye is the best! Hired them through thumbtack almost a year ago and have been extremely pleased with their service. We discovered a mouse issue last May and within no time at all they rid us of them. We purchased their platinum service and although it’s a little pricey it is well worth it. Having them come out to the house every two months to check on everything is great! I would recommend them to anyone!
