Very difficult to reach out to a broker, they don't answer your emails, voicemails and calls. I wanted to lease a property. I am sure they are taking the owners for a ride by not talking to prospective tenants
I'm not sure about this company yet. The website and services they offer look impressive. But I'm have trouble having a substantive conversation with someone, anyone, here..maybe it'll get better. I stopped by this morning to discuss a real estate investment, and left with a handful of business cards. Have yet to move it forward.
