Selling my house in the current market was one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. But I have to give credit to Cathy Russell s team. They worked with me through all the challenges and in the end they pulled it off. Thanks!
We were only able to be in Lafayette for three days (Saturday, Sunday and Monday) to purchase a home. Cathy blocked those three days off on her calendar and worked with us throughout the weekend. We sent Cathy a list of what we wanted in our home and she made appropriate appointments so we were able to find a home during those three days. The home we purchased was not going to be available when we needed to move so Cathy found us a rental that we could use for that time. I strongly recommend Cathy and her team.
Cathy is a pro. I ve seen a lot of criticism that she s not always physically present, etc. The truth is that she s built an entire team to carry out her vision, and she gets results. You don t stay in real estate for as long as she has without doing right by your clients. Fact: She listed and sold my house in less than a week. Less than a week. I was referred to Cathy Russell by a friend and have had nothing but excellent service with Cathy and her team. I have now purchased several houses through Cathy. She knows the local market, is an excellent problem solver and her team stays on top of the transaction taking a proactive approach until the deal is closed. It seems to me that Cathy knows everyone in town (and has a good relationship with) from the other agents to the mortgage brokers to the title company personnel which certainly makes the transactions go that m... read more

stay away from this agency, as far as possible. They just want to get their money as soon as possible, and never think on behalf of costumers need to buy a good house or moving schedule. After that, no response from Cathty. Also they charge ridiculous document fee to storage a title for only 7 years. Never seen this before.
