As a former renter who had to deal with Cathy Russell when my landlord listed the house for sale, I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude she was with both my wife and i. I guess since we were just the renters, her true colores came out. I would never do business with this woman. Ever.

We have been trying to sell our property for some time. We listed it twice before, with no success. Finally we listed it with Cathy Russell and it sold! This was our first time selling a home. We were overall pretty pleased,but we feel she provided little guidance when it came to negotiations and closing the deal and the process afterwards. It is great that she has a super support staff.
