Not only was she never really working for me as the seller--she tried multiple times to get me to settle for low-ball first offers, just to get her cut quickly--she was rarely responsive. Cathy was a lifesaver for us. We moved into town with no knowledge whatsoever about it, and she helped us find and (even better) get a fantastic deal on the perfect house. We first met with Cathy while my fiancee was looking at a grad program at Purdue. Without even knowing whether we would end up moving here, she showed us around several neighborhoods so we could get a feel for the community and what we might be able to afford in terms of a house. Always responded to my needs/questions quickly. Setup showings immediately. I m not the type that need someone to hold my hand through the whole process. I told them what I wanted and when... and they provided!!

As a former renter who had to deal with Cathy Russell when my landlord listed the house for sale, I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude she was with both my wife and i. I guess since we were just the renters, her true colores came out. I would never do business with this woman. Ever.
