Cathy Hawkins is an amazing realtor who is not only knowledgeable of the Cary real estate market, but also incredibly dedicated and supportive of her clients. Cathy was wonderful since the first meeting! We moved from CT to NC, we toured over 20 houses in a week with Cathy, we almost lost the house we fell in love with because of our mortgage company. Cathy took a challenge with my house. It had been sitting on the market for almost a year due to a previous realtor. She listed it in August and it sold in October (Closing date Nov). The moment she walked in, she put herself in the buyer's shoes and showed me things I needed to highlight, change or fix. She has been extremely responsive and very professional as well as positive/encouraging. The only thing I will say is this. I wish I had listed with her in the first place (Hindsight).
Choosing Cathy as our realtor was the best decision we could have made in the home buying process! Her knowledge and expertise showed in every detail and she made, what could’ve been, a very stressful process, completely painless!
