Cathy is an awesome realtor. She helped me a few times now with property tax assessments. The county has consistently overstated my home’s value. Cathy does the market analysis showing the county’s assessment is overvalued by several hundred thousand dollars. When I submit my protest the county has reviewed the market analysis and agreed to honor her response and lowered the taxes significantly. When it comes to real estate Cathy is my go to realtor.
Cathy Donahue rescued us from an unproductive situation. She listened to our concerns, asked a lot of the right questions, and was honest and up front with us. We highly recommend Cathy.
