My first time visit Wednesday Jan 29 for Extraction. Great staff. service. smooth and painless surgery.
I had an infection in a very old root canal. my dentist referred me to Dr. Coyne. they called me within the hour, and performed the tooth extraction flawlessly. I was very nervous when I first arrived to her office. But all her staff were knowledgeable about the procedure. They explained what would happened and what to espect during and after the procedure. My experience was 6 star. Everyone on the staff was very warm and friendly. Had an extraction with one broken root. Dr C took them both out within minutes. No numbing shots, no pain during procedure and amazingly no pain afterward.
RecommendedI really can’t remember a lot of what happened January 24, 2020 but I can say that I was well taken care of by the staff here. From the time I was contacted by phone and when my father and I arrived for my appointment, it was very easy going. The office staff is very careful about making sure all the boxes are checked, pre-op, post-op. Also very kind and giving updates about the patient.
Really appreciated the expediency of the Office in taking care of a patient. The atmosphere is definitely light and the Staff very efficient and friendly...Kudos to Dr. Coyne for the excellent and humorous, - but very Professional attitude in "taking care" of business...Definitely an A+....
What a good feeling to have such good people take care of you when you are nervous. If anyone needs any type of oral surgery done, this is the place to go. Dr. Coyne was wonderful along with Marlena who took care of me the entire time. If you ever need any Oral surgery work , I highly recommend them.
very delighted by this place, having to get a hurting wisdom tooth removed, I had checked with a few others, with no help offered, but Dr. Coyne's office to my pleasant surprise, got me right in the same day, they dealt with my other dentist's records and before I could even begin to worry, took very professional gentle and kind care of my tooth. all staff was wonderful, even offered me my favorite music as a distraction to listen to. Got my wisdom teeth out today and everyone really went above and beyond. I was extremely anxious and they did everything they could to help and really made me feel cared for. No one acted rushed or made me feel silly. I highly recommend
