The Catherine Rowe Team was fabulous! They took care of the many, many details, providing as much information so I could make the best decision. Molly was very instrumental during the negotiations with the seller, keeping the process moving forward. I am so glad I had the Catherine Rowe Team to help me purchase my first home.

I can highly recommend JoAnne and her team. She helped my mother get the highest value within reason. The online video and comments posted were so well done, that she found a buyer within 24 hours. My mother was able to sell and close on her home within a month. Selling her home was very emotional for her. Joanne was professional as well as patient. The Rowe team, Shauna in particular, helped us find a wonderful house in Ashland Oregon. They helped us look at many worthwhile properties that matched our tastes and needs. Shauna optimized our time as we live hours away from Ashland. They helped educate us on the Ashland housing market, city history and connected us to companies/offices (title, mortgage, city) in town that helped us close the deal. The whole team was very professional and also very personal.

The Catherine Rowe Team at John L Scott in Ashland went above and beyond to sell my home in Ashland. Contacting contractors, supervising projects and keeping an eye out for any problems were among the responsibilities they took on. The entire team is extremely responsive and professional. Prompt and thorough in every detail from listing to final sale. The team worked very effectively with the buying agent and escrow.
