Not only did the Rowe Team find a home for me, here in Ashland, they found a home outside of Jacksonville for my sister when she decided to relocate to southern Oregon. We're both very happy. In fact, I'm planning to move to a bigger home in the near future and fully intend to make use of the Rowe Team again.

Catherine is very honest and direct. She and her team work hard and she has much experience. She helped us with a purchase and with a sell. Not only doesn't she ever pressure anyone, she has a really wonderful personality so working with Catherine is a pleasure and her team is great too! She knows the area really well.

Catherine helped me sell my home and close an a new home. I was so impressed with the team's professionalism and skill that I have recommended the team to 2 friends who were downsizing. Both used the Rowe Team and were successful in selling their homes and purchasing new ones. I will continue to recommend the Rowe Team and personally use their service when it come times to sell my current home.

Catherine Rowe helped my wife and I sell a house when the market was just barely recovering. We wanted more from it than the market appeared ready to bear, and Cat ever so gently met us halfway and helped us wait patiently for the right buyer. You can't do better than the Rowe Team when buying or selling a house in this area. They are completely professional, knowledgeable, and always accessible throughout the process of buying and selling. I have both sold and purchased a home with the Rowe Team.

Catherine and her team are rated as the best realtors in the area for a reason! She goes above and beyond for her clients, even heading down to the city engineers office to discuss our remodel plans and digging up old papers related to the addition on our new home. She also negotiated really well so that we could use our extra money to do renovations. Besides that, she's super knowledgeable and kind! You won't find a better realtor in the Rogue Valley!

Shauna was amazing to work with. She made my first time home buying experience seem easy. She went above and beyond what any other realtor would do. Her knowledge of the areas real estate, others in the buying process and behind the scenes abilities made what could have been a very tricky sale a seemless process. I highly recommend Shauna anyone!
