Cat is the best, the way my hair has improved over the last year of seeing her is night and day. Best blonde specialist in NY. Happy to drive up from Brooklyn every time
So I came in for a colour and cut and a few days later my hair became super dry and flakey. (Looks fried) I don't know what kind of products are used here but they are absolutely cheap and terrible. Not only that but she talked down to me and made me feel unwelcomed to her business. I will not be returning.
