It’s a restaurant where odd ingredients are celebrated and clever riffs are pulled off flawlessly. They dare. It’s great.

My husband and I ate here for our 5th Wedding Anniversary and it was one of the best dining experiences ever. Impeccable service, incredible flavors, creative dishes and a finely trained staff. I legitimately smiled throughout the entire meal it was so lovely. The beverage pairings for each course were expertly matched and complimented each dish very nicely. Though quite expensive, the fine dining experience is worth hype if you’re up for it. Pro-Tip: Alcohol is not included in your pre-paid reservation.

Came all the way from Philadelphia to experience The Catbird Seat and it was well worth it! Very innovative and delicious Tasting Menu and a well curated wine list! Love the one room space: A Kitchen in the middle surrounded by diners eating/looking from Counter Top seats...intimate, social and educational! A memorable experience!
