Fantastic setting, food was amazing, only complaint is one person serving drinks, had to eat two meals without a glass of wine, something I really enjoy...but they did make up for it so still 5 stars

This was a most amazing dinner, right here in my back yard! Chef Ryan created the best dinner I have had in my 46 (almost 47, I was celebrating my birthday ;) years. The staff was so nice and helpful, I can't wait to go back!! Fabulous pairings, meticulous attention to flavors, impeccable! I can't get the sunflower seed risotto out of my mind!
The Catbird Seat is easily the best restaurant in Nashville, and contender for best restaurant in the country. Chef Ryan Poli and his incredible staff are not only masters of their craft but some of the friendliest people I've encountered during a 5 star dining experience...or any experience for that matter.
Thank you for such an amazing evening, we felt really special in your fabulous kitchen! Words do no justice to describe this phenomenal place! Just go, indulge yourself, what a treat! Dairy allergies?? Posed no problem to the amazing menu. They nailed it.
Service was excellent. All food was pleasant but some lacked "soul" and a degree of finesse I was expecting and had experienced on my previous visit. Don't get me wrong.. 3 out of the 9 or so courses were memorable... but at that level I was expecting more.
